PERSONALE is a film about the housekeeping team of a hotel in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. The women are migrant workers who keep the tourist machine running from within the hotel. With them we explore the cycles of work and the architecture and staging of the hotel. A look behind the scenes makes their perspectives and stories visible.
